By using your MAX card with your purchase you could be rewarded with a $30.00 M&M Meat Shops Reward Card.

If you spend $250 or more before taxes in cumulative purchases using your MAX card at any participating M&M Meat Shops location from Saturday, December 1, 2007 to Monday, December 31, 2007, you will automatically be entitled to receive a $30.00 M&M Meat Shops Reward Card.

M&M Meat Shops Ltd. reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value in the event that the specified reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control.

Your MAX card must be presented to the Product Consultant at the beginning of each qualifying sale.
Taxes are not included in the cumulative purchase.
Only one Reward Card will be awarded per household.
The Reward Card has no cash value.
The Reward Card can be used toward the purchase of any M&M Meat Shops product.
The Reward Card cannot be used towards the purchase of Gift Cards.
Each time the card is used, the amount of the purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining on the card.
The remaining balance on the card will appear on the receipt or the balance can be checked online by visiting www.mmmeatshops.com.
Only one Reward Card can be redeemed per transaction.
The Reward Card expires Friday, February 29, 2008.
The purchase of M&M Meat Shops Gift Cards is considered an “exchange of tender” and is not included in the cumulative sales total to meet the reward threshold.
You must be an M&M MAX Customer to participate. M&M MAX cards can be obtained without charge at any M&M Meat Shops location in Canada.
Achieving customers will be notified by telephone by participating M&M Meat Shops stores. Reward Cards will be distributed by customer pick-up through participating M&M Meat Shops locations at the end of the promotion.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted via telephone by February 22, 2008, or fails to sign the declaration and release form by February 29, 2008, then he/she will forfeit the reward.
In the event the person awarded is unable to accept and redeem his/her Reward Card by February 29, 2008, then he/she will forfeit the reward.

Promotion closes with purchases made by close of business, on Monday, December 31, 2007.

Participants are responsible for the proper use of their reward once awarded, and their acceptance of their reward releases M&M Meat Shops Ltd., its partners and affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from all liability relating to the promotion or the reward. Reward Card is not transferable or convertible to cash.

This promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada and legal residents of New York and Michigan, USA who are M&M MAX Customers at the time of the promotion and are over the age of majority in their province or state of residence, except employees, representatives, agents, or franchisees of M&M Meat Shops Ltd., its affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and all persons with whom these employees, representatives, agents and franchisees are domiciled.

M&M Meat Shops Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any individual who has obtained transactions on their M&M MAX card through unauthorized transactions or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions.

M&M Meat Shops Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms of this promotion or terminate it at any time without prior notice.

M&M Meat Shops Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any lost Reward Card once awarded or for lost, delayed or misdirected transactions or for any failure, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, or computer transmission during the promotional period.
