DONATIONS & SPONSORSHIP REQUESTS
Q: What types of donations are given by M&M Head Office or stores?
A: The Corporate Donations Committee will consider donations that fund charitable organizations in the form of cash donations or M&M Meat Shops Gift Cards for products within the stores. When stores are approached for donations, they may offer discounted products, free products, BBQ/Promotional services and equipment.
Q: How do I submit a donation request?
A: Eight weeks prior to your event, send your request to the Donations Committee at M&M Meat Shops at one of the following:

You can submit a donation request to a store by contacting the store directly and speaking to the Franchisee or Store Manager.
Q: How often does the Corporate Donations Committee meet and how do I check the progress of my request?
A: The Donations Committee meets monthly. Updates will be sent via email or mail to the contact person noted on the request, as the request is approved or turned down. If you would like further information about your request, you can contact the donations email box at donations@mmms.ca.
Q: What happens if the Corporate Donations Committee turns down my request?
A: M&M Meat Shops receives thousands of donation and sponsorship requests each year. We are committed to supporting a variety of charities all across Canada and truly believe it is our duty as a corporate citizen to help out wherever we can. Although we offer as much support as possible, not all requests can be fulfilled.
If your request is turned down by the Corporate Donations Committee, you will receive notification via email or mail. You may also contact your local M&M store to see if they are able to sponsor your event. |
