Ingredients:

Tomato coulis

Sun dried tomatoes, measured and then coarsely chopped (do not use sun dried tomatoes packed in oil)

(30 ml)

Fresh rosemary, chopped

Preparation:

Purée all ingredients until smooth for easy dipping.

Freeze leftover sauce in an ice cube tray and use the frozen cubes to flavour stews, soups and pasta sauces.
