Breakfast Smoothie with Wheat Germ
 
800 ml total

Serves 2 or 4 small glasses
 
Ingredients:
 
1-1/2 cups M&M Berry Mix (or your favourite M&M frozen fruits)
1 banana, cut into chunks
2 cups soy milk, soy beverage or regular milk
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (if desired)
 
Preparation:
 
Mix all ingredients in a blender, serve immediately.
