Chimichuri Sauce
 
 
Ingredients:
 
1 1 Jalapeno, seeded
1/2 bunch Fresh cilantro
1/2 bunch Fresh parsley
5 ml 1 tsp Oregano, dried leaves
125 ml 1/2 cup Olive oil (or more, to taste)
15 ml 3 tbsp Lime juice or white wine vinegar
 
Preparation:
 
Remove stems from cilantro and parsley. Finely chop the herbs and jalapeno and mix together in a bowl. Add the oil and lime juice and mix with a fork.

Serve over oven baked chicken.
