Cream Puffs with Orange-Chocolate Sauce
 
 
Ingredients:
 
2 cups (500 mL) icing sugar
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) cocoa
1 cup (250 mL) pulp free orange juice
1 box M&M Mini Cream Puffs
 
Preparation:
 
In a microwave-proof bowl, combine sugar and cocoa; gradually stir in orange juice until smooth.

Cook in microwave at medium power stirring after each minute for 2 to 3 minutes or until molten and glossy.

On dessert plate, place 3 Mini Cream Puffs; pour sauce over top. Garnish with frosted orange rind or mint leaves.
