Preparation:
Heat the apple juice and soak the cranberries in the warm juice while you prepare the rest.
On low heat, heat the olive oil with the thyme and garlic in a large sauté pan for 5 to 8 minutes to infuse flavours. Add the bread crumbs, increase the heat to medium and toast until nice and brown. Place on paper towel and remove the garlic and thyme stalks (the leaves should fall into the mixture if using thyme).
Add the soaked cranberries and sprinkle on our new turkey pot roast or your favourite M&M dish.
