Light & Lively Seafood Dinner
 
Makes 4-6 servings

 
Ingredients:
 
4-6 M&M Haddock Fillets
1 bunch fresh dill
1 bunch fresh parsley
1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation:
 
Spread a layer of dill and parsley over the bottom of a shallow baking dish

Place M&M Haddock Fillets on top of the herbs and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle lemon juice over the fillets. Add the water to the bottom of the baking dish.

Cover the dish with foil and bake at 230°C (450°F) for 20-30 minutes or until the fillets are cooked through.
