Mango Berry Blend with Honey Lemon Yogurt Sauce

Makes 4 servings

 
Ingredients:
 
4 cups (1 L) M&M Mango Berry Blend
1/2 cup (125 mL) plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey
2 tsp (10 mL) finely chopped mint
2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
1/2 tsp (2 mL) finely grated lemon rind
 
Preparation:
 
Divide M&M Mango Berry Blend among four serving bowls.

In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, mint, lemon juice and rind. Drizzle yogurt sauce over fruit.

Sauce may be made ahead and refrigerated up to 2 days. Stir before serving.
