McCormick’s International Green Peppercorn or Wild Mushroom Sauces; or Club House’s Brown Sauce Mix or leftover sauce from M&M’S SLOW COOKED BEEF POT ROAST* (see note)

your favourite M&M Meat Shops vegetable mix chopped into smaller pieces if desired

Peaches & Cream Corn

individual oval gratin dishes (found at dollar stores) (optional)

Preparation:
|
|
|
Reshape the beef patties to be more oval if you’d like. Cook the beef patties in a large non-stick pan.
Warm the vegetables and corn in a large pan with a tbs of butter. Warm the Potatoes in the microwave.
Prepare the sauce according to directions*.
Assembly: put the cooked beef patty in the gratin dish, spoon sauce over the meat; top with vegetables and mashed potatoes.
**When you prepare the Slow cooked beef pot roast, you shred it with a fork (like pulled pork) and barely use any sauce (see Express Revisited Shepherd’s Pie express recipe). Then, keep the sauce in a small container in the freezer for another use such as this recipe.
