Ingredients:

M&M Pasta & Vegetable Salad, frozen

1 cup

(250 mL)
|
roughly chopped, drained roasted red peppers (from jar)
|
|

whole head garlic, roasted
|
|
1/4 cup

(60 mL)
|
fresh, roughly chopped basil
|
|
1/3 cup
|
(80 mL)
|
olive oil
|
|
|
|
salt and fresh pepper to taste

Preparation:
|

|
Thaw M&M Pasta & Vegetable Salad according to package directions, drain, wrap loosely in clean towel to dry thoroughly, set aside.
Process peppers and garlic in food processor to form a purée. Add basil and pulse to blend. While machine is running, add olive oil in a stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into squeeze bottle and refrigerate for 1-2 weeks.
Splash desired quantity onto pasta salad, season to taste with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
