stir fry vegetables, frozen

soy sauce (preferably naturally brewed)

water or chicken broth

granulated sugar

rice vinegar

red chile pepper flakes

Preparation:
|
|
|
Blot pork with paper towel, thinly slice and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle pork with cornstarch; toss to coat well. Heat half of oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of pork; cook, stirring frequently until browned. Remove cooked pork with slotted spoon. Add oil if needed and cook remaining pork; remove and set aside.
Add garlic to skillet; cook, stirring 20 seconds. Add vegetables; cook 3 minutes.
In small bowl combine soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar and pepper flakes; whisk in cornstarch. Pour over vegetables; cook, stirring about 2 minutes, until sauce thickens. Stir in pork; heat through.
