Ingredients: 4 M&M Top Sirloin Steaks (or other favourite M&M steak) 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil 2 tbsp (30 mL) prepared horseradish 1 tsp (5 mL) dried rosemary 1 tsp (5 mL) kosher salt Preparation: Mix ingredients in plastic bag or marinating container. Place steaks in bag or container and coat with the marinade. Marinate overnight. Remove steaks from the marinade and cook according to package instructions.
