Cook M&M Garlic Shrimp and arrange them on a bed of wild rice or M&M Fettuccine Alfredo. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese and chopped parsley. |

Serve M&M Chum Salmon Fillets with steamed vegetables. |

Place one or two pieces of Cod Fillets in the middle of aluminium foil. Top with thinly sliced mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes and green onions. Seal to form a package and cook on the BBQ for approximately 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve over hot cooked rice. |

Thaw Cooked Shrimp, place on a warm flour tortilla shell, top with Caesar salad, wrap and enjoy. Leftover Chicken Breast or Steak can also be used. |

Barbecue four Salmon Fillets and break into chunks with a fork. Mix with 6 cups of salad greens, 6 new potatoes cooked and sliced, 1 cup of thawed mixed vegetables and 1 cup of sliced cucumber. Toss with Italian salad dressing and serve. |
