Take lunch along for the ride: Maple Ginger Salmon make brown-bagging it fun again!
Cook M&M Garlic Shrimp and arrange them on a bed of Rice and Vegetable Medley. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese and chopped parsley.
Place one or two pieces of Cod Fillets in the middle of aluminium foil. Top with thinly sliced mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes and green onions. Seal to form a package and cook on the BBQ for approximately 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve over hot cooked rice.
Thaw Cooked Shrimp, place on a warm flour tortilla shell, top with Caesar salad, wrap and enjoy. Leftover chicken Breast or steak can also be used.
Barbecue four "Jail Island"® Salmon Fillets and break into chunks with a fork. Mix with 6 cups of salad greens, 6 new potatoes cooked and sliced, 1 cup of thawed mixed vegetables and 1 cup of sliced cucumber. Toss with Italian salad dressing and serve.
Serve Applewood Smoke and Maple Salmon with a salad of mixed greens and balsamic vinaigrette.
