NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
FRY PAN: Place meatballs in a cold non-stick fry pan with 1/4 cup (60 mL) of water. Cover and gradually increase heat to medium-high (350°F/175°C). Heat for approximately 20 minutes (for full contents of box), stirring often. If desired, cover meatballs with your favourite M&M Meat Shops sauce. Continue heating and stirring for another 2 to 4 minutes.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Heat meatballs, uncovered, on high in a microwave-safe bowl, for 80 seconds (10 meatballs); 9 minutes (half of box contents); 17 minutes (full box contents), stirring after every 5 minutes. If desired, cover meatballs with your favourite M&M Meat Shops sauce and continue heating for 2 minutes more, or until sauce is hot.
HEAT IN SAUCE: Add meatballs directly into a boiling sauce of your choice (spaghetti sauce, gravy, mushroom sauce, etc.). Heat and stir for 8 to 10 minutes.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Spread meatballs out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the centre of the oven for approximately 15 minutes. If desired, preheat your favourite M&M Meat Shops sauce and pour over hot meatballs.
