Note: Prepare product from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce cooking
time by 20 minutes. Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Cook until an internal
temperature of 165ºF (74ºC) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions
below are guidelines only.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Place turkey breast, uncovered, on a baking
tray or roasting pan. Add a small amount of water to the bottom of the tray or
pan (1/4 cup/50 mL). Roast in the centre of the oven for approximately 1-1/2 to
2 hours, or until meat is opaque and juices run clear. Slice and serve.
