Note: Prepare product from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Caution – filling will be very hot. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.

Oven (for best results): Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place portion on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Microwave: Place portion in a microwave-safe dish and cover with vented plastic wrap. Defrost according to your microwave oven instructions (3 to 5 minutes on defrost setting). Heat on high power for 1 minute, 35 seconds. Turn portion upside down on dish, re-cover with vented wrap and heat on high for an additional 1 minute, 35 seconds. Let stand 2 to 5 minutes before serving.
