MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS) (For best results): Place frozen soup (without packaging) into a microwave-safe bowl. For 1 soup, cook on high for 4 ½ minutes, stir cheese topping into the soup and cook 2 minutes more. For 2 soups, cook 9 minutes, stir cheese topping into the soup and cook 3 to 4 minutes more.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place frozen soup (without packaging) into an oven-proof bowl and cook for about 55 to 60 minutes.
