NOTE: Prepare steak from the thawed state. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.

DEFROSTING: Defrost steak in cold water, or overnight in refrigerator, while still in vacuum sealed packaging. Remove steak from packaging prior to cooking.

OVEN: Preheat oven broiler element (500°F/260°C). Lightly oil and spice steak. Place steak on broiler pan positioned 4 to 6 inches from grill and broil for 6 minutes per side for medium-rare.

BARBECUE: Preheat barbecue on high. Lightly oil and spice steak. Grill steak with the lid closed for 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
