The traditional start to any authentic Chinese meal. Won Ton wrappers stuffed with a meat mixture simmered in a chicken and pork broth. Ready for microwave or stove top.
NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Break seal tab, lift lid and replace loosely over container to allow steam to escape during cooking. Place container on a microwave-safe plate and position in the center of the microwave. Cook on high for 8 to 8 ½ minutes, without stirring. CAUTION: Do not allow contents to reach boiling temperature (212°F/100°C). Let soup stand in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Handle soup and container with caution when removing from microwave, as they will be very hot. Stir soup gently after standing time.
STOVETOP: Break seal tab, remove lid and empty container contents into a saucepan. (If necessary, warm outside of tub in hot water to help dislodge frozen soup.) Cover and cook on medium heat without stirring. Simmer for 3 minutes to obtain maximum flavour. Remove soup from heat and let stand for one minute before serving.
