Note: Prepare wings from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time
accordingly. Ensure wings are thoroughly heated 165ºF (74ºC) before serving. Since
appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Spread wings out in a single layer
on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for approximately
20 minutes, or until heated through. Turn once during cooking.
Microwave: Arrange 6 to 8 wings in a circle on a microwave-safe plate
and defrost on defrost cycle for 4 minutes. Heat on high power for 2-1/2 minutes,
or until heated through.
Barbecue: Preheat barbecue on medium-high heat. Spread wings out in a single layer on grill. Barbecue wings for 8 to 10 minutes with barbecue lid closed. Turn wings over and continue heating an additional 8 minutes with lid closed. Monitor wings closely and, if necessary, turn more frequently to prevent burning.
