Oven: Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Lift away one corner of plastic
film from tray. Place tray on a baking tray and position in the centre of the
oven. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 minute. Carefully remove
film and serve.
Microwave: Lift away one corner of plastic film from tray. Defrost in
microwave for 15 minutes. Heat on high for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand for 4
to 5 minutes. Carefully remove film and serve.

Oven: Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Lift off foil cover from tray.
Use caution when handling tray as edges are sharp. Tent cover up in the centre
and replace it loosely over lasagna, crimping edges lightly. Place covered lasagna
on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Bake for 75 minutes.
Remove cover. Continue baking for 20 minutes, or until cheese browns. Remove
lasagna from oven (on tray) and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
