OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place quiche on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve.
MICROWAVE: Place quiche on a microwave-safe plate lined with a paper towel. Heat on high for 3 minutes 30 seconds, rotating plate once halfway through cycle. Serve.
