This is a perfect accompaniment to our Chicken Stir Fry Kit. Pop this blend of precooked rice, blanched mushrooms, shoestring carrots, small peas, diced red peppers and diced onions into the microwave.
Note: Prepare product from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly.

Stove Top: Heat one tablespoon (15 mL) of vegetable oil in a fry pan or wok. Add
3 cups (750 mL) of Rice & Vegetable Medley and cook on high heat, stirring
continuously for 5 minutes or until heated throughout. Season to taste and serve
immediately.
Microwave (700 WATTS): Place 3 cups (750 mL) of Rice & Vegetable Medley in
a microwave-safe dish. Microwave uncovered on high for 5 minutes, stirring once
halfway through. Season to taste and serve immediately.
