Tender grilled chicken breast pieces, white and wild rice, plus a blend of cut baby corn, sugarsnap peas and carrots covered in a delicious Oriental orange ginger sauce.
NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (74ºC) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
WARNING: Do not use in toaster oven. Do not place close to oven heat element. Do not exceed 400ºF (200ºC).
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Remove bowl from box. Cut slit in centre of film. Cook on high power for 2½ minutes. Pull back film, stir contents of bowl and re-cover with film. Continue cooking on high power for 1½ to 2½ minutes more. Let bowl stand in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir contents gently and serve. For 2 bowls, cook on high power for 8 to 9 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC) maximum. Remove bowl from box. Cut slit in centre of film. Place bowl on a baking tray and position on the middle rack of oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Pull back film, stir contents of bowl and re-cover with film. Continue baking for 10 minutes more. Remove bowl and tray from oven. Let bowl stand on tray for 2 minutes before lifting. Stir contents gently and serve.
