NOTE: Prepare wings from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Ensure wings are thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Spread wings out in a single layer on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until heated through. Turn once during cooking.
BARBECUE: Preheat on medium heat. Spread wings out in a single layer on the grill. Barbecue wings for 8 minutes with lid closed. Turn wings over and continue heating for an additional 8 minutes with lid closed. Monitor wings closely and, if necessary, turn more frequently to prevent burning.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Arrange 6 to 8 wings in a circle on a microwave-safe plate and defrost on defrost cycle for 4 minutes. Heat on high power for 2½ minutes, or until heated through.
