Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until heated through. Turn once during cooking.
Microwave: Defrost 6 - 8 frozen wings on defrost cycle for 4 minutes. Cook on highest setting for 2 minutes or until done.
Barbecue: Preheat barbecue on medium-high heat. Spread wings out in a single layer on grill. Barbecue wings for 8 to 10 minutes with barbecue lid closed. Turn wings over and continue heating an additional 8 minutes with lid closed. Monitor wings closely and, if necessary, turn more frequently to prevent burning.
