Serving Information:

NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.

WARNING: Do not use in toaster oven. Do not place close to oven heat element. Do not exceed 400°F (200°C).

MICROWAVE: Remove bowl from box. Cut slit in centre of film. Heat on high power for 2 ½ minutes. Pull back film, stir contents of bowl and re-cover with film. Continue heating on high power for about 2 ½ minutes more. Let bowl stand in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir contents gently and serve. For 2 bowls, heat on high power for about 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F (180°C) maximum. Remove bowl from box. Cut slit in center of film. Place bowl on a baking tray and position on middle rack of oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Pull back film, stir contents of bowl and re-cover with film. Continue baking for about 10 minutes more. Remove bowl and tray from oven. Let bowl stand on tray for 2 minutes before lifting. Stir contents gently and serve.
