Stove Top: Place 2 cups of frozen vegetables in one cup of rapidly boiling
water. Cover, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Drain, season
to taste and serve immediately.
Microwave: Place 2 cups of frozen vegetables and 1/2 cup of water in a
microwave safe dish and cover with plastic wrap. Cut small slits in plastic wrap
and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Drain, season
to taste and serve immediately.
