Fully cooked extra large wings are seasoned, dusted with flour and then gently fried. Covered with a light crunchy coating, they’re perfect for dipping. Just heat and serve for a delicious snack or entrée. Tips removed. 14-18 pieces
NOTE: Prepare wings from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Ensure wings are thoroughly heated (165°F / 74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
OVEN: (For best results): Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread wings out in a single layer on the baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through. Turn once, halfway during cooking.
BARBECUE: Preheat barbecue on medium-high heat. Spread wings out in a single layer on the grill. Barbecue wings for 10 to 12 minutes with the barbecue lid closed. Turn wings over and continue heating for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, with the lid closed. Monitor wings closely and, if necessary, turn more frequently to prevent burning.
