NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Remove outer plastic wrap from container and cook product (in container) on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir contents to prevent sticking or burning, reclose lid and cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 more minutes. Container will be hot; use caution and support it when removing from microwave. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove outer plastic wrap and place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 minutes. Stir contents to prevent burning or sticking, reclose lid and cook for 20 to 30 more minutes. Container will be hot; use caution and support it when removing from oven. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
TO SERVE: Simply invert the opened box of cooked Chinese food over a dinner plate or serving bowl, or enjoy directly from the box, in true "Chinese take-out" style!
