Serving Information:
NOTE: For best results, and to ensure easy removal of all pouch contents, prepare product from the thawed state. Ensure ribs and sauce are thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
DEFROSTING: Thaw product in cold water for 30 minutes, or overnight in refrigerator, while still in vacuum-sealed pouch. Remove product from pouch prior to cooking, reserving any sauce for basting, as desired.
BARBECUE: Preheat barbecue on high heat. Place thawed ribs on grill and heat for 10 minutes, while basting with remaining sauce. Turn ribs once halfway through, and continue grilling until thoroughly heated. To avoid burning, keep bone side of ribs facing down for two-thirds of the heating time.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place ribs, coated in sauce, on a foil-lined baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning ribs over halfway through baking time. Brush ribs with any remaining sauce, as desired.
