Serving Information:
NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
BARBECUE: Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on the grill and lightly coat with vegetable oil. Spread vegetables out in a single layer on the foil and cook for 12 to 18 minutes, turning as necessary. Season to taste and serve immediately.
STOVE TOP: Heat one tablespoon (15 mL) of vegetable oil in a fry pan or wok. Add desired amount of vegetables and cook on medium heat, turning product as necessary, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until done. Season to taste and serve immediately.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Place contents of ½ package of vegetables and 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of water in a microwave-safe dish and cover with plastic wrap. Cut small slits in plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain, season to taste and serve immediately.
