NOTE: Prepare wings from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Ensure wings are thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
OVEN (For best results): Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread wings out in a single layer on the baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Turn once, halfway during cooking.
BARBECUE: Preheat barbecue on medium-high heat. Spread wings out in a single layer on the grill. Barbecue wings for 12 to 14 minutes with the barbecue lid closed. Turn wings over and continue heating for an additional 12 to 14 minutes with the lid closed. Monitor wings closely and, if necessary, turn more frequently to prevent burning.
