NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
WARNING: This product is to be heated using a microwave oven ONLY. Do not attempt to cook this product in a conventional or toaster oven.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Remove the outer plastic film surrounding the stacked bowls using the pull-tab on the red seal strip. Do not remove the plastic film cover from the upper bowl prior to heating. Place the stacked bowls on a microwave-safe plate and position in the centre of the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes. Carefully remove the hot product from the microwave. Carefully peel off the film cover from the upper bowl and stir the chicken and the sauce. Gently lift the upper bowl containing the chicken and sauce from the lower bowl and pour contents over the basmati rice and vegetables in the lower bowl. Mix the components together as desired. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
