NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165˚F (74˚C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
WARNING: Do not use in toaster oven. Do not place close to oven heat element. Do not exceed 400˚F (200˚C). Support base of container when handling cooked product from either oven or microwave.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Remove tray from box. Pierce film over both compartments. Place product on a microwave-safe plate or tray and position in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film cover from the shrimp and sauce compartment only. Stir shrimp and sauce gently and then replace film cover. Continue cooking on high power for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Let cooked product stand in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes before carefully removing. Serve.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C). Remove tray from box. Pierce the film over both compartments. Place product on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove product from the oven (on tray). Carefully remove film cover. Stir shrimp and sauce gently. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
