Even better than mom's homemade scalloped potatoes! We've combined par fried sliced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese and parsley flakes and then covered it all up in a delicious white cream sauce to create this old fashioned comfort food. They're so creamy and good, you'll never fuss with making them from scratch again!
2 lb Oven: Position oven rack one level above centre and preheat oven to 375°F
(190°C). Remove product from carton and peel plastic off tray. Place tray
on a baking sheet and set sheet onto oven rack. Bake for approximately 60 to 65
minutes.
Microwave (1000 watts): Remove product from carton and lift away one corner
of plastic film. Heat on medium power (50%) for 15 minutes. Rotate product 1/4
turn and continue heating on high power for 6 to 7 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes
before serving.
