It’s easy to get hooked on our boneless, skinless haddock fillets. They have a mild, delicate flavour and make a healthful meal choice, with less than 1% fat per serving.

Note: Prepare product from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce
cooking time by approximately half. Cook until a minimum internal temperature
of 158ºF (70ºC) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are
guidelines only.
Oven: Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Place fillets on a greased
baking tray and season as desired. Estimate thickness of fish and bake in the
centre of the oven for 20 minutes per inch (10 minutes per centimetre).
Microwave: Place fillets in a microwave-safe dish and cover with
plastic wrap (allow for venting). Heat on high for 5 minutes per 450 g (1 lb).
Cook until just done or until there is a slight flakiness to the flesh. Allow
to stand 2 to 5 minutes to complete cooking.
