BBQ: Preheat BBQ on high. Place Kabob on grill. Cook at high heat for 2
minutes turn and cook for another 2 minutes. Reduce heat. Cook at medium heat for
an additional 10-12 minutes turning frequently until fully cooked.
Oven: Preheat oven broiler at 500°F (265°C). Place kabob on a broiling
pan in centre of oven. Cook 5-6 minutes. Turn and cook for another 6 minutes or
until fully cooked.
