NOTE: Prepare kabob from the thawed state. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
DEFROSTING: Defrost kabob in cold water, or overnight in refrigerator, while still in vacuum sealed packaging. Remove kabob from packaging prior to cooking.
BARBECUE: Preheat barbecue on high. Grill kabob over high heat for 3 minutes. Turn and grill for another 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently until fully cooked.
OVEN: Preheat oven broiler element (500°F/260°C). Place kabob on a broiler pan in centre of oven. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and cook for another 6 minutes or until fully cooked.
