Barbecue: Preheat barbecue on high. Sear portions on both sides for 2 minutes each. Turn heat down to medium and continue to cook with lid down for 20 to 25 minutes, turning product every 10 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven broiler element to 500°F (260°C), with the upper rack positioned one level higher than the oven centre. Place portions on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
Pan Fry: Brown portions in a lightly oiled fry pan over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes per side. Reduce heat, cover, and continue cooking for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, turning product every 10 minutes.
