Note: Prepare product from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place skewers in a single layer on a foil-lined tray and position tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 17 to 18 minutes. It is not necessary to turn the skewers. Serve immediately.
Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Place skewers on a well oiled grill with the skewer handle positioned away from the heat source, so that it doesn’t scorch or burn. Cook skewers for about 3 to 4 minutes on each of the 4 sides. Use tongs to turn the skewers. Serve immediately.
Microwave: Place skewers in a microwave-safe dish. (Line dish with plastic wrap or parchment paper for easier cleanup.) Cook on high power (100%) for about 2½ minutes each side (1 skewer); 3½ minutes each side (2 skewers). Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
