Serving Information:
NOTE: Prepare chili from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
WARNING: Do not use in toaster oven. Do not place close to heat element. Do not exceed 400°F (200°C). Support base of container when handling heated product from either oven or microwave.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove plastic film cover from container. Place container on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 45 minutes. Stir contents gently. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove container from oven (on tray) and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE (1000 W): Lift away one corner of plastic film cover from container. Place container on a microwave-safe plate or tray and position in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on high for 10 minutes. Stir contents gently and rotate container. Cook on high for an additional 5 minutes. Let cooked product stand in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes. Carefully remove film cover and serve.
