NOTE: Prepare kabob from thawed state. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
BARBECUE: Preheat barbecue on high. Grill defrosted kabob over high heat for 2 minutes. Turn and grill for another 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and cook, turning frequently, for 4 to 6 minutes more, or until fully cooked.
OVEN: Preheat oven broiler element (500°F/260°C). Place defrosted kabob on a broiler pan in centre of oven. Cook for approximately 4 minutes. Turn and cook for 4 to 5 minutes more, or until fully cooked.
