NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
OVEN (for best results): Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly coat a baking tray with non-stick vegetable oil or spray. Spread seasoned potato wedges out in a single layer on tray and position in the centre of the oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning once.
STOVE TOP: Lightly coat a fry pan with non-stick vegetable oil or spray. Preheat frypan over low or medium-low heat until hot. Slowly add desired amount of seasoned potato wedges. Fry for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Spread the desired amount of seasoned potato wedges out in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape. Microwave on medium-high for 4 to 7 minutes. Let wedges stand in microwave for 1 minute before serving.
