MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Remove pouch from box and place in a microwave-safe dish or bowl, flat side down. Cut three small slits in the top of the pouch. Heat on medium-high for 11 to 12 minutes, or until hot. Let stand for 2 minutes. Using an oven mitt, grasp one end of the hot pouch and very carefully cut the other end of the pouch open, allowing hot contents to transfer into a serving dish. Serve.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the pouch open and transfer turkey and gravy to a covered oven-proof dish. Heat in oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until hot. Remove from oven and serve.
