NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Ensure chicken fillets are thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
OVEN (For best results): Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Spread chicken fillets out in a single layer on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook chicken fillets for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once during cooking.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Arrange chicken fillets on a microwave-safe plate in a circular fashion. Heat on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes for 4 chicken fillets and for 4 to 5 minutes for 8 chicken fillets. Turn once during cooking.
