An easy nourishing dip that the kids can make with you...they will love to dip vegetables, pita toasts or the favourite Ace bakery crackers. You can use it as a base in sandwiches instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

1 can (540 ml)
|
|
white beans
|
|

Roasted bell peppers, now available at M&M stores

tomato (or 4-5 cherry tomatoes)

lemon, juice only

Preparation:
|

|
Rinse and drain the beans. Chop the tomatoes and peppers coarsely. Put all ingredients but the olive oil in the bowl of a food processor and purée until smooth. Add some olive oil to adjust the texture.
Season to taste if necessary.
